Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
How to Return
Email us at ironyouthmerch+returns@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Want a different size or colour? Let us know in your return email and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return needed.
